We have thruee rooms in total: two doubles and one twin room all on the first floor. All of our rooms are en-suite.  All of the rooms have countryside views and are tastefully decorated, centrally heated and have colour TVs together with complimentary tea and coffee making facilities. We have a comfortable dining room with individual tables and we can offer you a good hearty Cumbrian breakfast.

Three en-suite double rooms.

One en-suite twin room.

We are open from February until November.

Prices start from 24.00 to 32.00 Pounds Sterling per person per night bed and breakfast. The price is based on the time of year and the number of days you stay. Due to the small number of rooms we have we do not take one night reservations in advance. Please e-mail us with your dates and we will quote you by return. As we have no family rooms or cots or high chairs we cannot take children under twelve.

The accommodation can be occupied from midday onwards; if you arrive any earlier you can either leave your luggage and car or wait in the lounge till the room is ready. In the mornings we serve a full English breakfast consisting of fruit juice, cereals, Cumbrian sausage, bacon, egg and tomato with mushrooms and baked beans. We can of course offer you a variation if requested. You will be given a room and front door key for access, all we ask is to be able to clean the rooms between 10 and 12 then you may come and go as you please. We accept Pounds Sterling, Sterling Travellers Cheques and U.K. Bank Cheques.
